Losing Title and Task bars

When I go online, my Home Page shows the complete page including the Title
and Task Bars. But when I change the page the title bar is missing and the
Taskbar is just a beige color bar with no data on it and I have no idea what
the Page's Title is. It also seems that every other time I go online, the
bars disappear. I've run Ad-Aware, Spybot, CWShredder and SpyGuard plus my
Virus protection and there were no indications of a virus. I would appreciate
any help in correcting my problem. It appears to be some kind of a browser
takeover.

extra toolbars, etc can be managed in SP2 on the IE, Tools menu, click
"Manage AddOns"

Please excuse my ignorance in this matter. I went to the Internet Options and
brought
up the "Manage AddOns" and it showed me 5 enabled Browser Extensions and 4
enabled Browser Helper Objects. I am not sure which ones I should Disable, if
any.
Again, I would appreciate any more info on my problem.
