Disappearing Printers

I have a single user who is having trouble with ehr printers, in that they
consistently disappear from her system when she tries to print to them. They
will only reappear upon restarting the system. Any thoughts?

Her Print Spooler is crashing... usually due to corrupted drivers.

Running Net Start Spooler from the Command Prompt will start it again and
her printers will reappear, but you are probably the one that will solve the
corrupted drivers problem.
