disapearing files

I have lost Microsoft Word, and the games that came on my
computer, no thanks to adware and spyware. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to how I can get them back, and
how do I get this JUNK off my computer? Any help at all
would be greatly appreciated.

Don't you have a backup? If not, you should never install
a beta or unproven software.

Take a good antivirus (house call or latest virus def) and antispyware scan
in safe mode.

Load delete file recoovery software. you will find one at download.com

Since these deleted files are usually there on disc and just you cannot
access them, can be easily retreaved.
