Disabling some options

Hello,

I need to remove access to a few menu items within IE6 please, the pcs are
all XP pro.

I would like to totally remove the following by using a reg file please

Reset Web Settings
Manage Add-Ons...

Also I would like to disable some of the security settings via the registry
but I cant find the correct place.
