hide menus/options in IE6?

Hello:
I am running a desktop here with multiple user accounts; me being the
Administrator. I would like to know how I would go about hiding or
restricting other users from accessing certain features in IE6 (or even
Windows as a whole). Basically, my main concern is the Tools >
Internet Options menu. I either would like to remove the menu item
from selected user accounts, or disable certain settings in that window
from being modified.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

No experience multiple user accounts but you might try some of the
restrictions listed in these sites, looking at the ones available for
HKCU
