Disabled security buttons

Hello,

I'm trying to change the security settings to enable
ActiveX controls, but all the buttons are disabled under
Tools --> Internet Options - >Security tab. How can i
enable Custom Level and Default Level buttons ?

Need help please.

I use IE6 on XP SP 1.

Hello Henri,

Thanks for your time and insights. I tried the
instructions from your link but it didnt help. All the
security buttons are still disabled.

Is there any other settings I can play with ?
