Disable Untility Manager..

I shut my computer down by using the Windows Key and then hit u and then
hit u again. Now when I do this, the Utility Manager starts up as
Windows closes down.

I have researched this and I find that hitting the Windows Key and u
start the Utility Manager. But I hit the Windows key first, let the
Start menu expand, then hit u to Shutdown the computer then I hit u
again to Turn Off the computer.

I have found no way to disable the Utility Manager. It's not listed as a
Service and it's not in MSConfig. I renamed Utilman.exe to Utilman.old
in system32 folder but it still launches Utility Manager when I hit the
Windows key and u.

I rebooted and Windows created a new Utilman.exe file. Unbelievable. Help!

I found the process in Windows Task Manager and used End Process and
that seems to have stopped this madness. What a crappy program.

I would still appreciate any other input on how to control Utility Manager.
