Windows key + FI = Help and support center
Windows key + F3= Find
Windows key + F5= Actual pc time (open notepad and press hotkey to input
time and date)
Windows key + Pause/Break= System properties
Windows key + U = Utility Manager
Windows key + R = Run command
Windows key + E = My Computer
Windows key + F = Search
Windows key + L = Lock Desktop

This will allow Phone technicians to shorten the handling time, also it's
fun to have shortcuts so you won't have to ask callers to go waste time in
searching for program locatons.

Your others I knew about, but this is the first I ever heard of the
above two, and they don't work for me.

Do you have some special keyboard?

WinKey+F5 didn't work yesterday but it did today. Maybe Notepad had lost
focus yesterday.
