Disable spell-checking within email addresses and URLs

Whenever I send a message, the spell-check always flags up parts of
email addresses and URLs.How can these be excluded from the spell check.

Spell check doesn't check syntax. It can't know that a particular string of
characters is part of a URL or mail address.

What do you have specified in the Ignore part of Spellcheck?
