Disable "Run as

I am trying to disable this feature on Windows XP but
have not found clear directions on editing the reg. Also
I'm getting a file association error on some folders.
Even when I try to download from
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htmload

I get the file association error. Please help.

Hi, the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\policies\Explorer path is miss the Explorer folder.
Do I have to reinstall internet Explorer. Thanks
