Right-click on the system tray icon, and choose "Shutdown Microsoft
Antispyware"
That will disable it for a period of time--I'm not sure what events might
restart it--a scheduled scan, perhaps. It will be restarted on a restart of
the machine.
If you wish to permanently disable it, please uninstall: Control Panel, add
or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, remove.
