Disable Printer Sharing Controls

Is there a way to disable/restrict the print sharing controls. I do not want
people to enable printer sharing and I would like the sharing option under
the properties of printers to either be greyed out or gone.

I believe only the Administrator level users are able to disable/enable
printer sharing so the obvious answer is to limit your Users level.
