Disable Preview Pane - Take Two

Is there any way to disable the Outlook Preview Pane by
Group Policy? I know I can do it manually for each and
every user, but rolling it out as a group policiy setting
would save us weeks of work.

Thanks for any (useful) input!

Nope, you can't. Why do you want to prevent users of using this? Using the
Preview Pane is secure out of the box for Outlook 2002 and 2003. For the
previous versions there is a security update. The Preview Pane is secure
because it doesn't allow any code execution.

Short answer: No, I don't believe there is.

Long answer: I dug through the ORK looking for an item that would
disable the preview pane, but there wasn't an item in there for View |
Preview pane. If there's another way to do it, I'm unaware of it. As
it look, there's is no way. Hopefully someone has a more encouraging
answer for you!

best of luck!
