disable help and support

I need to know how to disable Windows XP Help and Support. I have tried a
couple of things and so far nothing has worked. Please 'Help'...
 
Locate all copies of HELPCTR.EXE On my system, there is one in Windows\System32\dllcache and WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries.

Rename all copies, but make sure that you rename the one in WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries last.

Just change the name to HELPCTR.EXE.OLD
