Disable bluetooth device anyone???

I use bluetooth about once every 3 months - in fact it was so long ago i
forgot how to start it

There is no option to disable the service - just an option "Remove bluetooth
icon"

Anyone know how to completely disable the service (until Xmas anyways)

I managed to find it - now i know why it took me ages to start it up again

Have you checked the Bluetooth Devices applet Control Panel > Devices (tab)

select device/s and click Remove? You can also prevent Bluetooth devices

from connecting to your computer > go to the Options tab in the same applet

under 'Connections' uncheck 'Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this

computer.
