Installed a new ati 9000 vidio card and when I check to see the pc configure part of the setup it say that direct x9 is inproperly installed so I tried to reinstall it of windows update and it will not let me do it is say there is a problem with CDXW setup install engine is invalaid,install engine failed and also error CoCreateinstance on iiD_iinstallengine failed this is DX version 4.09.00.0902.02 but when I do a chec to see if DirectX is working it says there is no problems any answers to this vidio display problem other then that the system run fine Need Help
