directx installation

OK, I need to upgrade to DirectX 9.0 from 8.1 and it won't
install. Here's the contents of the directx.log file.

Hi Dave,

Instead of the websetup try installing the full file. That will help avoid
some of those checks it makes to upgrade only needed components.

Download and install the complete DirectX 9.0b from:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...-4c98-baf3-0c67e7f3751f/dx90update_redist.exe

*Antivirus / Firewalls can corrupt the download and installation,
it's highly recommended you disable them during this process.
