Home PC, Win XP SP2 with all updates to date.

start > programs > accessories > system tools > system information >tools >
directx diagnostic tool.

When I run the tool it says: "The file system.dll is missing, you should
reinstall directx to get the latest version"

I've done done using the download box's Run button from the install page,
which after the install changed to page
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...8CDEAC197&displayLang=en&oRef=blockedReferrer

The DircetX diagnostic tool now says I have DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
installed but still says that the system.dll file is missing and that I
should reinstall Direct X ?

As far as I can tell everything is working fine so do I need to worry about
this please or shoudl I just ignore it?

PS: I ran the sytem digital signature check tool and it says all my windows
files are signed ok.
