I would try using this free program to remove DirectX and
then reinstall the latest version downloaded from
http://support.microsoft.com/ -
DX Extractor (removes DirectX 9.x from all versions of
Windows) -

to join or host a direct IP game in Tiger Woods 2004 the
computer crashes the exact same way. I have tried to
reinstall DirectX 9.0b but the problem persists. I have
removed drivers and reinstalled them and they are all up
to date. The game (and Dxdiag) work fine on my older P3
but I continually get the blue screen of death on my main
pc.
