digital photos

when i e-mail photos to friends and family why does
windows make copies of them and add them to my pictures
folder how can i control this

Probably due to mouse pointer moving downward after you click on a file
while holding the Ctrl key down to select your files.
Click on the file you want, remove your finger from the mouse, move the
pointer over the next file, click on it, remove your finger from the mouse,
move the pointer over the next file, etc.
