different info on different pages in a header

The documents I type require headers however the information contintually
changes as the document continues. How do I change the information on a few
header pages at a time without it becoming part of the whole document? Any
help would be greatly appreciated as the way I am doing it now is very time
consuming.

In some cases you may be able to use a StyleRef field; if that doesn't work,
you'll need to insert section breaks. For more information, see
