Diff Logons

While at work, I log on to work network. When I bring my laptop home I log on
to home network by diff name. Thus when I check OE for emails I end up with
some on one sign on and some on the other sign on. I have contemplated making
home network name/ID same as work network name/ID but am afraid that by doing
this it'll cause me network problems when I log back on at work.

Two ???
1) If I change home network name/ID to same as work, will it cause me
problems when I go to work and log on? At work I have Windows Server 2008
while at home I just have little workgroup and no distinct server.

2) Is there a way to finagle OE so I can leave a copy of the msg on the
email web mail server? I thought that was once an option but can't seem to
find so I must be mistaken. The email is on a server outside the office.

Any help with above questions or any other method of resolving tihs well be
greatly appreciated. I realize I can view email via web mail while at home
and then download thru OE when I return to work, but am looking for another
alternative usine OE at both locations.

TIA
