Dictionary Problems

I use 'DoD' a lot for Department of Defense. Word 2003 Pro and Outlook says
it's bad. I added it to the custom dictionary but it still says it's bad.
Is there anything I can do to fix this. It only gives me the option to
ignore the one entry when I have several throughout my document. On most
other suggestions it allows 'Ignore All' but this one doesn't! I have to go
and slect each one and hit ignore. Help?!?!?

Even if you modify the custom Dictionary, the grammar checker will still flag
it.
Workaround: right-click on DoD (should have green squiggly line under it),
choose "Grammar", and click the button labeled "Ignore Rule". That oughta do
it.
