somehow I uninstalled something. When I run Dialer.exe to
make a phone call, I get an error message:
Operation: One of the application components (AVTAPI.DLL)
is missing or not properly registered; use regsrv32.exe
from the command line to register components.
I tried that unsuccessfully but don't necessarily know
how. I suspect the DLL file is in a cab file but I don't
know how to get it out and get it registered. I did not
do this when I got it working after I first installed
Windows.
Anyone have any ideas how to get dialer.exe working again?
