dial-up settings for different users

Our home PC has user accounts for each family member. When I come to log off
with a dial-up session active, this gets terminated without question. The
same is true for my son's and my daughter's accounts. However, for my wife a
box pops up asking if she wants to terminate the dial-up session. This can
be very useful if someone else is about to log on, as that person then
doesn't have the delay of dialing-up afresh.

I have no idea how her account came to be different from the others! Can
anyone tell me where to find the settings that control this behaviour,
please?
