I'm trying to connect my home computer to my office
computer through the phone line using win 2000 on both
machines and dial-up networking. I configured the office
computer to receive calls with the wizard. When the home
computer dials the office and connects the home computer
will crash and begin reboot. Any advice?
Thanks

Crash with Reboot is VERY unusual (it almost always works for
everyone else.)

Try service packs and especially any modem driver updates you find
at Windows Update site.

I have seen crashes with Win2000 on a bad modem (or driver) but not
very often.
