Dial-up Networking Adapter

I need to install Dial-up Net working adapter but can't use the CD drive as
it is not working. Is there a way to put the files (which ones) onto a
Floppy disk and install them that way. I have use of a friends computer.

1. Use network, share your friend's CD-ROM drive
Or
2. Use USB DiskOnKey....
