Dial-up connection/Windows XP Professional

I upgraded my Winodows XP home edition to XP Professional
that I received from my school (DeVry University). After
I upgraded, I do not have a dial up connection. I use
People PC as my ISP and my dial up was working just fine
before my upgrade (running on my HP ze4400). I cannot make
a new dial up connection through the wizard because
the 'make a connection through dial up' is not an option.
Please help. I cannot connection to the Internet.
