Dial-up connection window

I keep getting the dial-up connection window popping up.
As soon as I boot up, this window keeps coming up. I have
to hit cancel about 20 times to get it to stop. I also
get a window asking if I want to Work offline or connect
to the Internet.
 
go to your internet option under tools in your browser
and click on connection tab, make sure you uncheck
automatic connection in your dial up box...
