dial up conection

Please help anyone ....
Having problem with dial conection box. keeps telling me
invalid name or password. when i enter password in
settings it doubles up. have had problem since purchase.
is there a kind soul out there who can help.

Reenie, the 'doubling up' is a security feature. If your
password is, say, 8 letters the settings will still show
possibly between 14/18.You should just enter your
password as normal. If you get invalid password then you
must be using the wrong password.
