Dial up and password

My dial up connection requires my password each time.
Microsoft has patch to allow my password to
automatically connect with the dial up procedure.
HP wants to help but I can not understand their India
speaking people.
What can be done ?

Go into Internet Options and indicate you want IE to connect automatically.
Or call HP and demand to speak to someone you can understand. You can also
call your ISP.
