DHCP Delete address range for distribution

C

Craig Lewis

I have a windows 2003 server acting as a dhcp server for which I want to
delete two of three address ranges for distribution in the address pool
tab. When I try to delete them, it tells me I cannot do that, and that I
have to delete the scope. But this scope contains a large list of
reservations by mac address which I cannot lose. Is this truly necessary, I
must delete the dhcp scope ? If so is there a proceedure by which I can
export and import back in the list of reservations ? Yes, I know I could
experiment and figure this out myself, but I am seeking the advice of
someone that has done this before ?
