DHCP problem



Hi!!

I have some questions regards DHCP:

1. Can you have a DHCP scope enabled but does not lease IP addresses to any
host, just to those who are reserved?

2. Is there a way how I can block a particular MAC address from getting an
IP from DHCP?

3. How could I know some information regarding a host ? Apart from checking
first half of MAC address to identify manufacturer.
