Dfrag no longer avalable in Win2K. How to repair?

Hi.

After uninstalling Diskeeper 7 from Windows 2000, the build in defragmenter is no longer available.

Starting dfrg.msc results in an errorbox:

"Snap in failed to initialize"
Name: - not available -
CLSID {43668E21-2636-11D1-A1CE-0080C88593A5}

Does somone know how to repair this?
