Defragmenter Problems

I downloaded a trial version of Diskeeper 8.0 and after
it expired i was unable to defrag using the windows
defragmenter. I get a error message "snap-in failed to
initalize" and a CLSID of 43668e21-2636-11d1-a1ce-
0080c88593a5 with an unknown name. I have tried running
regsvr32 dfrgui.dll and regsvr32 dfrgsnap.dll and neither
of these solve the problem. I am wondering the next step
to fixing this problem since no one with Diskeeper will
respong to my emails. I am running Windows XP Home.
Thanks for your time

Did you try to uninstall Diskeeper through control panel
already? The original Defrag should work after that, by
the way...it's from the same company.

Yes, I did uninstall it through control panel and there
are no folders left on the disk either. Any other ideas?
