Device CDrom0 has a bad block???

S

Serena

I hope someone can help me, please. In the last month, I
have had problems with the CDRW drive reading and/or
writing to CDs. After some checking, I found that, in
System Management, under Event Viewer>System, there is a
lot of error messages saying - Device CDrom0 has a bad
block. What does this error mean?? The Device Manager in
Control Panel shows no problems. Any help or suggestions
is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Clean the CD disk & drive. Also maybe the CD is damaged (scratches, thermal or other defects).
