Determine USB 2.0 driver

under devices and usb in winXP i have the following:

intel (r) 82801EB usb universal host 242D
..
..
..
standard enhanced PCI to USBhost controller
..
usb root hub
..
..

is this the usb 2.0 driver installed or do i need to
download it from a microsoft site?
