Desktop Icons, multiple users

I have an XP computer that I need to share to many users.
On that computer I have an application that all users will
access. I would like the icon for that app to reside on
each user's desktop when they login. How can I do that
without logging into each users account and adding it?

Copy the icon to c:\documents and settings\all users\desktop.
