Desktop display

A few minutes after I log on to my computer my desktop defaults to "internet
wallpaper" picture and the standard blue screen instead of the picture and
color I had selected. I share the computer with two other users, neither of
whom is having this problem. It started happening just after a different user
tried to download a desktop background picture from the Internet. It put a
weird as my desktop picture....then after that, it was this same thing every
time. Also, when I first log on my Internet pages display in huge fonts until
this "change" takes place. Then the Internet fonts are the way I want them,
but I've lost my desktop choices.

Right-click Desktop, Properties
Select Desktop tab, Customize Desktop
In the Web tab, delete all the items except "My current homepage" (uncheck it)

Thanks for the suggetion, but that's how my settings were already configured.
It must be something else!

I tried setting wallpaper to none. The only difference it made was that when
the display switched away from my preferred settings, the Internet Wallpaper
picture was stretched instead of centered. But still the same picture, and
still back to the same default Windows blue as background color.

I think I've got it solved. In Accessibility Options, the box was checked
that says to turn off accessibility options after 5 minutes idle. I unchecked
it, and I think my problem is solved. No idea how it got checked in the first
place! Hope this tidbit will help you in the future if someone has the same
problem! Thanks for your efforts.
