Desktop Issue - HELP

When I turned on my computer, my desktop background and my Webshots Desktop
Calendar had disappeared! One solid color filled my entire wallpaper.

When I go to Display Properties - Desktop, I am unable to select any
background. The only option I can navigate through is "color". The
"browse" and "position" buttons are faded and unable to be selected.

If I log on as a different user, I am able to have full control of my
wallpaper again.

When I restart my computer, as it shuts down, I am able to see my old
background/calendar.

How do I fix this?!?! I miss having a picture as my background and the
Webshots Calendar was REALLY helpful! Please help me!

Open Regedit and navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Delete the values "Wallpaper" and "WallPaperStyle" in the right-pane.

Close Regedit.exe
