Desktop Background problem!

Apparetly in my Display Properties window, under the Desktop tab, all
background image options have been greyed out. Even the "Browse" and
"Position" options are grey. The only functional option is the background
color. Occasionally I would see my desktop background image when my computer
is booting or when I quit a program that requires the whole screen to
operate. It's like my desktop image is behind a black screen.

I am using Windows XP: Home Edition

need assistance pretty badly...

Restore All Display Tabs - Remove All Display Tabs & Icon
Click on
Restore All Display Tabs

restorealldisplaytabs.reg is the file that you want.

WOOOOOOO!!!! My desktop is restored! Thank you so much! I wasn't sure if it
was your method that fixed it, but I can't be entirely sure. Anyways thank
you for responding to my post. This really helped.
