Deskjet 882C not printing

The printer is recognized in Vista, and working properly through Device
Manager, put still won't print. I've tried to download drivers through HP
and Vista-both read that it is not necessary to download any new/additional
drivers...

Change the cable before you do anything else... and make sure you have
enough ink.
