HP DJ 882c Printer Services missing.

Hi,

Since acquiring a new PC with XP Home and installing my HP DeskJet 882c
using the XP driver, I have been unable to "Print test page" or "Test
printer communication". All I have under Services are "Align cartridges"
and "Clean cartridges".
The HP Toolbox is missing.
When using the 882c with WIN 98 there was no problem.

From XP go to Start, Printers and Faxes, double-click on the 882, then
Printer,
Properties, Print test page. If the page prints the printer communication

working .

Hello again Bob. I printed that Test Page OK, but it was all text and
monochrome. I wanted to do the color test which was available in the
software/driver for WIN 98.

Thanks Bob. I would never have found it down there. I was looking at
"SERVICES" where only "ALIGN" and "CLEAN" are provided.
I guess there is no "TOOLBOX" in the XP version.........................
