I'm having problems with my printer matching the on
screen colors, i.e. the printer prints much darker than
screen. The driver is from microsoft. Thanks, Darrell
 
Darrell. You need to go to http:// ww.hp.com and look for you updted drivers for XP. You don't say if you have Home or Pro. Just type in your printer model number which is, 720c

Follow whatever directions they give to install the updated driver
