When I shut down my computer or restart my computer all of
the icons are on my desktop are there, but the picture is
not visable only a windows icon. What can I do to change
this?

Find or search for and delete the "ShellIconCache" file, and then
restart Windows so that it will be rebuilt.

(C:\WinNT is the default directory)
