Is there a way in front page to know how much time was spent creating a web

Sure. Use a stopwatch or clock (whichever is accurate enough for your
purposes), and record the time you spend working.

No but there is an addon.

In addition to several SEO tools, The Expression Web Extras Toolbar includes
the very handy Task Pane Cleaner, a Time Tracker, and more.

There is a 15 day trial

Might seem simplistic, but it's worked for me for 7 years and 75 client
projects.

I agree. High-tech is not always Best-tech! Computers and software are best
for what they are designed to do. While there may be software that does
this, and I've used some for other purposes when I worked for a previous
employer, it often ends up making things more complicated than they need to
be, and can in fact, be unreliable.
