Deploy outlook 2003 on large network

I've the problem to deploy outlook 2003 on windows xp pro client in a windows
2003 domain with an internal exchange 2003 server.
The question is:
in wich manner i can automatically configure outlook 2003 client so that
they are configure to connect to the exchange server machine without any
action by the user?
Can I use group policy or other method?
I specify that different user use the same machine with their own account
and there are many users and many clients in my networks.
Thanks you.

Use the Custom Installation Wizard tool in the Office Resource Kit to deploy
the Outlook profiles.

Outlook Profiler can help you were the other options can't.

I've just tried to use CIW but the problem is that it works fine for the
FIRST user who logon on the mchine, but when the installation is completed
the next users have not configured their outlook profile with the right IP
addres of the Exchange Server.

If each user logs on with their own Windows login and then starts Outlook,
it should create a profile for each user. Is that what's not happening? Or
do you have some other scenario?

Sorry Sue!
The problem is that in my network different users logs on the same machine
and if I use CIW only when outlook is installed for the first time on that
machine the exchange settings are correct. In other words only the user who
for the first time logs in that particular machine (and install for the first
time Outlook 2002) the settings are correct, when another user logs on the
same machine on wich outlook is just installed there are no setting for him
with the right exchange server machine.
Bye.
