Denied access to my site

I am being denied access to my own website. I type in my admin. username and
password, and it does not work. I clicked on Tools, then went to server. I
tried to set the site so that only registered users could access it. That
did not work; instead it won't allow me access. I have frontpage 2003 and
now when I go under Toolbar, the server option is not even accessable.
Frontpage tells me that there is no server, but there is the same one I've
had for years. How do I re-gain access?
