Demote one Win200 DC and upgrade another to Win2003

Hello All,

I would like to demote one Win2000 DC and then upgrade another (PDC) to
Win2003. Both of these DC's are running SQL with accounting packages and
wanted to find out what impact this will have if any on SQL? I'm doing this
so that I can get RPC over HTTP to work. I also plan on upgrading another DC
to Win2003 but that one isn't running SQL. After all is said and done I want
to have 2 Win2003 DC's and the rest just member servers which includes my
Exchange 2003 server.

Thanks in advance for any assistance,
Eddie

to introduce w2k3 dcs there is no need to upgrade the PDC like it was needed
in NT4. You need to update the schema first (if you have exchange 2000 you
need to fix it even before that) and then you can upgrade W2K DCs or
introduce fresh installed w2k3 dcs

Thanks for the info Jorge, but I was more concerned with the impact that
demoting and upgrading these servers may have on SQL which is running on both
those servers?
