Dell Dimension 2400 WXP HE Post SP2 issue with LAN unable to get an IP

The LAN is unable to get a valid IP... it gets 0.0.0.0.

Went to Dell Support site and downloaded a new driver; made no difference.

Turning FW off made no difference either...

Anyone seen this?

Think this is related to win32.agobot worm.

Seems there is a fix for it...
 
I had similar problem. DNS and DHCP services were not
turned on. I can start them manually via Control
Panel/Administrative Tools/Services, but I haven't figured
out how to automate the start of these services, yet.
